News and Announcements

Valley Leadership is pleased to announce Valley Leadership Institute Class 38. After a competitive selection process the group was chosen from a wide range of business sectors, including corporate and nonprofit executives, small business owners, public officials and servants, and leaders in health care, education, law and technology.

Valley Leadership, which has been fostering local leaders since 1978, is known as the Valley’s oldest and most prestigious leadership development program. By drawing from the expertise of the State’s most respected and influential business, civic and community leaders, we provide real-time realities surrounding the most important issues shaping our community today, and in the future.

“The upcoming months are dedicated to empowering a new group of community leaders. We are thrilled to welcome Class 38 to the program,” said Christy Moore, Valley Leadership President and CEO. “We look forward to seeing the positive impact this diverse incoming Class of motivated leaders will surely have on the Valley.”

Beginning in August 2016, the nine-month institute will offer increased awareness and understanding of our community, leadership skills development, opportunities for engagement, and a broader network of personal and professional relationships.
