Valley Leadership (VL) has opened applications for its flagship program Valley Leadership Institute (VLI), which is in its 40th Class, and Valley Leadership Accelerate (VLA), which is in its fourth year.

The Valley Leadership (VL) board of directors officially adopted a two-year strategic plan designed to develop and build Valley Leadership for the future. The plan aligns the organization’s programming, operations and governance systems to act together for intentional impact on issues facing Arizona. The evolved mission, vision and values statements focus on mobilizing, leveraging and empowering a broad spectrum of leaders across the state in order to address our most pressing concerns.

The Board of Directors for Valley Leadership (VL), Arizona’s premier leadership development organization, unanimously selected David C. Brown as the new leader for the nearly 40-year organization.

Valley Leadership is pleased to announce the selection of its newest class of leaders for Valley Leadership Advance 2017. The 35 participants in the class were selected during a competitive process from a wide range of business sectors, including corporate and nonprofit professionals, education, technology and health care.

Today, Valley Leadership announced members of Valley Leadership Institute Class 39. After a competitive selection process, the group was chosen from a wide range of business sectors, including corporate and nonprofit executives, small business owners, public officials and servants, and leaders in health care, education, law and technology.

Valley Leadership Youth, class of 2017, is offering an $8,000-dollar grant opportunity to nonprofits as part of a program training high school students to be philanthropic leaders in the community.

Valley Leadership (VL), Arizona’s premier leadership development organization, is initiating a search for a new leader in anticipation of the pending departure of president and CEO Christy Moore.
