Looking Back at a Year of Firsts

Last year was an exciting year for Valley Leadership as it brought the launch of two of our newest programs, Catalyze and Explore. Catalyze, our introductory program, had 105 graduates that have gone on to become VL alumni. Our Explore program took 14 of our alumni to get to know the great diversity of the state at a deeper level to understand how our most pressing issues show up in rural, urban, suburban and Native communities.

The Impact Maker also saw lots of growth and progress. We added three new teams to expand our impact in Racial Justice, Environmental Sustainability and Housing and Health Neighborhoods.
